GreenTurf uses monofilament fibres for our turf systems. Monofilement fibres are individual strands of fibres which are bundled together to form bunches of turf. By using individual strand fibres, we can now mix different coloured fibres to make our turf look just like real turf. See it for yourself!
GreenTurf uses the latest in synthetic turf fibre technologies and each of our monofilament fibres is built with a spine and blade construction to replicate natural turf structures. The spine gives our fibres the ability to stand on its own and resist crushing. This mimics natural turf reaching out for sunlight and gives our lawns that vibrant look every day!
GreenTurf Fibres uses Polyethylene for our fibres. Compared to Nylon and Polypropylene, Polyethylene is softer to the touch. This gives a more comfortable surface for our children and pets to play on.
GreenTurf has various infill systems that we use to replicate the natural feel of turf when we walk on it. We use silica sand, SBR rubber, fibre mesh or a mixture of these materials to give our turf the required feel and bounce for various applications. From soft and forgiving surfaces for children and pet play to performance surfaces for our sporting needs, we have a solution for all.
